MRC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine "Khutir Vilniy" informs that our institution works in the medical electronic system of health care with the help of MIS "MIA: Health", which makes it possible to create, store and process your medical data, it also allows our specialists to interact with other healthcare institutions of Ukraine and receive complete and comprehensive information on patients, which in turn makes it possible to provide qualified medical care. The MIS system "MIA:Zdorovya" guarantees the safety and protection of personal and medical data of patients of the MRC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine "Khutir Vilniy" in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".

Specialists of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine "Khutir Vilniy" provide qualified medical care to all patients, including people with disabilities. Work is currently underway to implement the principles of inclusiveness in the MRC. As of now, the building is equipped with a ramp at the entrance, the medical registrar's desk is arranged in such a way that it does not cause inconvenience to patients with disabilities, the elevator is functional, and the wards are equipped with functional beds. In December of this year, the repair works in the inclusive wards will be completed, which will meet the requirements and needs of patients with disabilities.

Neurology: ECG, screening diagnosis of breathing disorders in sleep, acupuncture, electrovacuum therapy, massage of limbs, magnetotherapy, electrostimulation of muscles.
Cardiology: ECG, dry carbon bath, needle bath, circular shower, collar zone massage, magnetic therapy, laser therapy (zonal), lymphatic drainage of the lower extremities.
Assistance to persons after injuries and wounds, ECG, sea bath, paraffin-ozokerite application, electrovacuum therapy, spine massage, infrared sauna, magnetotherapy, laser therapy, oxygen cocktail, therapeutic physical therapy.

Physiotherapy procedures:

- CO2 therapy - dry carbon dioxide baths that improve microcirculation, tissue trophicity, gas exchange and oxygenate the blood. They are used for diabetes, after myocardial infarction, etc.
- Hydrotherapy - The Center has a hydrotherapy department, which consists of four pearl baths, which are conducted with the addition of bischofite and needle extract, which has a beneficial effect on the joints and muscles of the body. There is also a hand bath and a foot bath, which allows you to influence individual parts of the body without straining the cardiovascular system in case of contraindications. Underwater circular massage, Charcot shower improve blood circulation and stimulate metabolism.
- Electrotherapy – amplipulse devices, diodynamic currents, myostimulation are used for pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory effects and reduce the level of muscle tension with the help of an impulse.
- Inhalatorium - in the rehabilitation center, in addition to the usual inhalation procedures, singlet oxygen cocktails on syrups and juices are used, which improves the condition of the upper respiratory tract.
- Magnetotherapy - magnet, magneto-laser, laser, ultrasound devices are all used by specialists to improve the neuromuscular system of the human body. They have analgesic, anti-inflammatory effects.
- Salt cave - creates an internal microclimate in which calcium, iodine and sodium ions are released, which stimulates metabolism, promotes the elimination of toxins and reproduces the effect of the sea coast.

Classes in physical rehabilitation halls - development of joints, formation of a normal walking pattern, development of joint contractures.
Psychotherapeutic support - provision of psychotherapeutic support, participation in group art therapy classes, individual classes with
specialists - psychotherapists.
